PROPHETIC MINISTRY
Prophetic ministry is rooted in the believer's ability to hear God's voice. We believe God speaks in many ways and often speaks to encourage people and release his heart to them. The word prophetic sounds a little mystical but it's one way for followers of Jesus to give voice to what God is doing or wanting to do in the lives of others. We believe God speaks through a small still voice, and if we listen we can use the prophetic ministry to encourage others.
Here at the Vineyard Church of Baton Rouge many people have received uplifting and life changing words through prophetic ministry. Appointments are approximately 1 hour long and include a short time of worship with a focus on the Holy Spirit speaking encouraging words.
